✔ 3-Day Easy Return Window

  • You can request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • No questions asked — your satisfaction comes first.

✔ Full Money Refund

Once the returned product passes our quality check, we will issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method:

  • Online orders: refunded to the same UPI/card/bank account
  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer/UPI
  • Refund time: 3–7 working days after product verification.

✔ Required Return Proof

For smooth and fast verification, please provide:

  • 360° unboxing video of opening the package (from start to finish, without cuts).
  • Clear photos of the product showing the issue (wrong size, wrong product, defect, etc.).

✔ Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All original tags and packaging must be attached.
  • No stains, perfume smell, damages, or alterations.
  • Product must be in resellable condition.

✔ Exchange Option 

We offer size or product exchange within 3 days.

Exchange Courier Charge

For any exchange request, the customer has to pay the courier/shipping charges for:

  • Sending the product back
  • Receiving the new product

(This charge is non-refundable.)
