Eligible for Return / Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:
You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

Not Eligible for Return

To maintain hygiene and fairness, we do not accept returns for:
Size or fit issues (please refer to the size chart before ordering)
Change of mind or dislike after delivery
Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance
Items damaged due to customer handling
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

Exchange Policy (Customer-Friendly Option)

We offer size or design exchange (subject to stock availability)
Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours
Shipping charges for exchange may be applicable
Only one exchange per order is allowed

Refund Policy (Seller-Protective)

Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect items
Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Proof Requirement (For Transparency)

To process any return or exchange, customers must share:
Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
Images showing the issue clearly
This helps us resolve issues faster and avoid misuse.

Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable
If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be requested to self-ship (shipping cost reimbursed after approval)
